Returns & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Shopcolormuse, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a clear and smooth return and refund process. They apply to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. Lost Your Return Label?
No worries—our packages do not include return labels. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the process.
C. How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g. screenshot or receipt)
- Reason for return
- Photo or video evidence if the product is damaged or defective
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 24 hours), you’ll get an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. If this applies to your order, please email [email protected] with photos or videos of the issue.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong size or product received
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
F. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may require 3–5 additional business days to finalize the transaction.
G. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible if your order has entered production or already shipped.
Please ensure all shipping details, especially your address, are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information.
H. International Orders (UK & Canada)
We gladly accept returns and exchanges from the United Kingdom and Canada under the same terms. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
